Actual shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.
Existing Products/In Stock Order
Order processing takes between 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. There will be a different estimated time depending on the distance of the country. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be a delay in delivery for physical items.
Back Order Products
Back order products will ship from 14-30 days. There will be a different estimated time depending on the distance of the country.
Products that are back ordered may be out of stock, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s E-wallet. There will be no cash refund.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday or holidays.
Phone numbers for the contact person are mandatory for international shipping. Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address as OTS will not take responsibility if you do not receive your item due to an incorrect or incomplete address being entered at checkout.
Shipping fee or free shipping is only entitled for one shipment. If customer requires an order which is needed to be divided into more than one shipment, shipping fee will be charged respectively. If your order includes ready stock and pre-order items, the order will be sent out together once the pre-order items have arrived.
Re-Delivery
Additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us. All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once its being mailed from us. Customer may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company. All parcels will be returned to us if it is being unattended in the post office after 7 working days.
International Taxes and Duties
Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and custom fees. OTS is not responsible for any charges incurred for international shipping orders. For more information on customs charges for each country, please contact your customs authority.
Service Delays
OTS will not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
Please be aware that there can be delays in customs this time of the year, which is unfortunately out of our control and these are not calculated in our delivery time estimate. (All imported products, custom cannot exclude delays.)
