All items purchased from ON THE STREET (except jewellery, bag, lingerie & discounted items) are eligible for exchange if returned within 7 days of parcel delivery, depending on the postage location.
We don’t encourage product return upon dissatisfaction after try-on. Please check our size chart before making a purchase. Place orders only when the sizing fits your needs.
Products that are pre-ordered may be out of stock, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s
e-wallet. There will be no cash refund.
Please contact customer service immediately after receiving any defected items.
No cash refund for any returns. Customer will get the store credit in their e-wallet and it can be used for the next purchase.
Note: Returns and exchanges only applicable for unworn and unwashed merchandises.
OTS does not cover the cost of returns & exchanges. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost-effective shipping method with tracking included that is available to you.
We recommend that you return the merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain the record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is enroute back to us
Jewellery, bag, lingerie & discounted items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
NOTE: Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual product may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
There might be a 1cm-2cm difference in the measurements due to the different stretchability of the material and the way the measurement was taken.
